We guarantee that your bag will arrive clean and contamination-free, every time — or we’ll make it right.
If your bag is:
- Within the 90-Day "Best By" window
- Unpunctured (Injection Port)
- And shows visible contamination
We’ll ship you a replacement bag immediately, at our cost!
📸 Proof Required: Please send a clear photo of the contamination to support@queensubstrates.com.
Make sure the image shows the non-punctured injection port — and include your serial number (found on the bag or box) and product type.
The form will walk you through all of this, and our team will handle the rest.
Already punctured it? No worries — send us a photo anyway and tell us what’s up. We believe in honesty and if we think it's something on our end, we'll send you a new bag anyways!
Didn't Buy Directly From Us? Queen's Eye has you covered! As long as you have the serial number from the box or bag, we'll take care of the paperwork with our retail partner and get you a new bag on the way!
📦 Wholesale Contamination Policy 📦
For wholesale partners, we allow for a maximum 2% contamination rate per shipment/order.
If 2% or more of your shipment is contaminated:
- We'll replace all contaminated bags at our cost
- And provide a 5% discount on your next order
📸 Proof Required: Photo documentation of contaminated bags is required.
🔄 Automatic Replacement Policy 🔄
We hold ourselves to a strict 5% maximum contamination threshold on every batch we produce. If we find through Queen’s Eye, or Customer Support data that a batch has met or exceeded this threshold we:
- proactively notify every customer who received that batch
- send replacement bags to all affected customers — no need to ask, they'll just arrive
